Payment Method
We accept Visa, Master, Discover credit card ($20.00 minimum charge), remittance (bank wire transfer), money order/cashier check and personal check (which will be hold for 10 business working days until check clears).
Please attach a tracking number for customers who send payment by check, money order or cashier check. All checks, money orders or cashier checks are in US$ and can be drawn in banks in United States.
Check & Money Orders
Returned checks are subject to a $28.00 service charge. Please confirm with our order department by calling 877-323-3388 or email sales@b2lounge.com on the availabity & shipping cost of your order before sending a personal check, money order or cashier check.
International Customers
We ship internationally and we can only accept remittance or credit card for customers outside the United States and Canada. Usually, freight charge is about 30% of the order. But actual freight charge may be higher or lower (in case of surface mail).

UPS Ground (1-5 days)
USPS Priority (3-4 days)
- International:
UPS Express (3-7 days)
USPS EMS (1 week)
USPS Air (2-4 weeks)
USPS Surface (4-6 weeks)
Customer has to notify us of any address changed before we ship the order. Otherwise, you will be charged for any address correction fee imposed by UPS or USPS.
Note: Please allow 2-3 business days for processing the order to be ship out.
Pre Orders
No charge will be made on credit card until the merchandise is ready to ship.
Back Orders
You will be informed if the item(s) is out of stock and it will then be considered canceled. If you already send payment, it will be returned. If you want us to backorder the item, please specify on your order or email us at info@b2lounge com.
Returns
No return is allowed on partially built or assembled products.
The original invoice must accompany any returns. For all returns due to any reason, must be reported to this office within 7 days from the invoice date for authorization to return the product. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Merchandise returned has to be in good condition. While we will gladly correct any errors on our end, any merchandise returned due to an error on your part will be charged a 15% restock fee of the invoice amount. Shipping fee is non-refundable and shipping back to us is at your cost.
